About Dr. Jasreen K. Heer Zambrano, PT, DPT
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist | Mind-Body Approach | Collaborative Care
I believe pelvic floor therapy should feel encouraging, multi-faceted, and rooted in trust. I started Cultivate Pelvic Health to create a space where healing is a partnership, and where you are seen as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 2019, after studying psychology and exercise biology at the University of California, Davis. That blend of mind and body continues to guide how I work with each person who comes through my door.
I discovered pelvic health in 2022 and knew right away it was my calling. Since then, I’ve continued training to help people get to the deeper causes of pain and dysfunction, not just manage surface symptoms. My approach includes gentle hands-on techniques that restore mobility and balance, movement and exercise tailored to your needs, and education grounded in therapeutic pain neuroscience. I’m also completing coursework to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and I plan to expand my training in fertility-focused pelvic health so I can support people through all stages of their journey.
I work with people across all stages of life who are experiencing pelvic pain, pressure, bladder or bowel symptoms, or changes after pregnancy. Together, we focus on movement, education, and hands-on care that helps you feel more comfortable, confident, and connected to your body.
My mission is to help you move forward with less pain, more confidence, and a better understanding of your own health so you can live fully and comfortably in your body.
