Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist | Mind-Body Approach | Collaborative

I believe pelvic floor therapy should feel encouraging, multi-faceted, and rooted in trust. I founded Cultivate Pelvic Health to offer a space where healing is a collaborative experience—where you're treated as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 2019, after completing my undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis, where I studied psychology and exercise biology. That foundation in both the mind and body continues to shape the way I approach care today.

I entered the pelvic health field in 2022 after completing my first pelvic floor therapy course—and immediately knew I had found my calling. Since then, I’ve continued advanced training in visceral mobilization, therapeutic pain neuroscience, and am currently completing coursework to become a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Looking ahead, I plan to continue expanding my knowledge to better serve my community—including pursuing advanced training in fertility-focused pelvic health. My goal is to support individuals not only through healing, but also through the journeys of conception, pregnancy, and beyond.

I provide care for people across all stages of life—whether you're dealing with pain, pelvic pressure, bladder or bowel symptoms, or postpartum healing. My approach blends education, movement, and hands-on techniques to help you feel stronger, more informed, and more connected to your body.

My mission is to help you move forward with less pain, more confidence, and a deeper understanding of your own health.
