Hi, I’m Dr. Jasreen K. Heer Zambrano, PT, DPT
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist | Whole-Person Care| Collaborative Treatment
I believe pelvic floor therapy should feel encouraging, collaborative, and rooted in trust. I started Cultivate Pelvic Health to create a space where healing is a partnership and where you are seen as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 2019 after studying psychology and exercise biology at the University of California, Davis. That blend of mind and body continues to guide how I work with each person who comes through my door.
My experience in pelvic health has deepened my understanding that symptoms rarely come from one isolated area. I consider how the pelvic floor interacts with the hips, spine, abdomen, breathing, movement patterns, nervous system, and the demands of everyday life.
Treatment may include gentle hands-on techniques, individualized movement and exercise, practical education, and strategies to help you better understand and respond to your body. Your care is always adapted to your needs, comfort, and goals.
I work with people navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic and sexual pain, bladder and bowel concerns, prolapse, and persistent back, hip, and pelvic pain. I also enjoy helping people who feel like they have already tried everything or who have been told their symptoms are something they simply have to live with.
My goal is not only to help reduce symptoms, but to help you feel more confident in your body, better understand what it needs, and return to the activities and experiences that matter to you.
